Sitz Angus in Harrison, MT is home to pristine fisheries including our legendary Sitz Lake and three stocked ponds, all teeming with Cutthroat, Rainbow, Brown, and Brook trout. Nestled at the base of the Tobacco Root Mountains, our waters offer breathtaking scenery, brag-worthy fish, and a peaceful experience for anglers of all ages and skill levels.

​All fishing access is by advance reservation only. Please do not arrive at the ranch without a confirmed booking. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated. Check availability and book online below.

SITZ Lake ("Big Lake")

80-acre spring-fed lake, 60 feet deep. Rainbow, Brook, Brown, Arlee Rainbow & Cutbow trout.

Malby's Twin Ponds

Two ponds (15 acres & 5 acres), approx. 30 feet deep. Located SE of Malby's Mound.

Hunting

Cattle ranches provide 75% of the habitat and food for US wildlife, and Sitz Angus is no different. Our ranges are teeming with Mule deer, Whitetail deer, and elk. Our 2020 Outfitting is already leased out, but we are pleased to accept reservations for scheduled cow elk hunts.

We also offer gopher hunting and predator hunting to interested and responsible individuals. Please get in touch with our office regarding these hunts.
